The Consensus21.School Peninsula Pilot Program is the first step in building a global network of schools powered by the Consensus21 protocol. This program is all about creating a community-driven, decentralised approach to education—where decisions about governance, funding, and curriculum are made transparently and collectively.
By using the Consensus21 protocol, we’re developing a scalable, self-sustaining model that puts both students and educators in control. The Peninsula Pilot is our proof of concept, showing how decentralised education can work in the real world.
Our first two School Improvement Proposals (SIPs) focus on:
1️⃣ AI Prompt Engineering – Teaching students how to effectively interact with AI to enhance learning and creativity.
2️⃣ Consensus Health & Fitness Program – A holistic approach to well-being, designed to align with the school's decentralised governance model.
