The Peninsula21 Pilot Program is the first step in building a global network of schools powered by the Consensus21 protocol. Based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia, this initiative focuses on creating a community-driven, decentralised approach to education, where decisions about governance, funding, and curriculum are made transparently and collectively.
By leveraging the Consensus21 protocol, we’re developing a scalable, self-sustaining model that empowers both students and educators. The Peninsula21 Pilot serves as our proof of concept, demonstrating how decentralised education can thrive in the real world.
Our first two School Improvement Proposals (SIPs) focus on:
1️⃣ AI Prompt Engineering – Teaching students how to effectively interact with AI to enhance learning and creativity.
2️⃣ Consensus Health & Fitness Program – A holistic approach to well-being, designed to align with the school's decentralised governance model.
